The Blue Whale Long Branch, NJ - Long Branch

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.  We have a septic system and it can be clogged by feminine products, paper towels, and items other than toilet paper.  Guest will be held responsible for damages.

Dogs are always welcome.  At this time, due to allergies, no other pets are allowed. Please inform us if you will be bringing your dog/s and we will make arrangements so that you are all comfortable.  Dogs MUST be crated when they are alone in the house.  We have a variety of crates and can provide them for use upon request.  Guests will be held responsible for any damages cause by their dog/s.   Doggie bags and rakes to clean up are also provided.  Please be sure to clean up after your dog.  An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if you do not pick up after your pet.   All dogs must be up to date with vaccines, housetrained and over 2 years old.   This is an unfenced property and dogs must be secured and under supervision outdoors at all times. We have supplies and crates upon request. Pet fee is $300

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The Premise is designed to accommodate up to 5 people comfortably, that includes infants & children. No more than 5 persons are allowed to be in/on the Premise at any given time.

OCCUPANCY REGISTRATION: For insurance purposes you, the Guest Guarantor, must REGISTER the full NAMES & AGES of all your lovely guests who will be joining you or visiting you on the Premise, in writing prior to check-in day. If an emergency occurs (heaven forbid), hosts MUST know who is on the premise. Failure to pre-register guests may result in cancellation of your reservation. 

MAX OCCUPANCY VIOLATIONS:  New Jersey maintains strict Rights Regulations relating to occupancy. Occupancy violations may result in immediate removal of all persons from the Premise and denial of access to the Premise, all without refund. As well, activation of your security-damage deposit may occur, to return the Premise to its original condition. At a minimum, you will be automatically charged $100.00 per night per person, for each additional guest above the maximum occupancy (this includes infants & children). You will also be charged a deep cleaning fee of $500.00 to return the premise back to its original state.

NO PARTIES or EVENTS: The community’s rules prohibit parties or events on the Premise. If you have a party or event, you will be automatically charged $500.00 for special cleaning of the Premise.

Please rinse feet off after returning from the beach and before entering the house.

This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. is allowed on the entire premise.
