Spent a month here and couldn’t have been happier! Location is perfect… 5 minute walk to downtown Asbury Park and less than 10 minutes to the Ocean Grove beach. Ken was always extremely responsive and got back to me immediately with any questions of concerns I had. I will absolutely have this property be my first choice for all of my future stays in this area!

Beautifully appointed cottage, with high end modern appliances in the kitchen, clean bathroom and luxury towels provided, walking distance to Asbury Park restaurants and of course the beach. Ken provided top quality accommodations and services. Everything you may need was clean and available, including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cart and bikes. Truly a gem to consider while staying in Ocean Grove/Asbury Park NJ area.

“AMAZINGLY PERFECT”
We had the BEST long weekend! Cottage is in perfect location. Walking distance to Cookman, boardwalk, etc. Cottage is very clean, organized and hosts were wonderful to work with. Cottage is as described in photos and I 100% recommend …. We will definitely be back. I LOVED sitting on the porch in the mornings reading, relaxing and enjoying my coffee. I especially LOVED the sweet and thoughtful touches left by the hosts that just enhanced our fabulous stay. Tooooo nice and sweet!!! Thanks for a perfect getaway! I don’t think it is possible to have been better!

Lovely Home, Great Location
From the start the owners were extremely responsive and super nice. The home was well-appointed with really nice touches. You can tell the owners put extra thought into this home, including a comfortable master bed. The neighborhood is great and walkable to Asbury Park, restaurants and convenience stores. Would definitely stay at this home again!

This is the perfect place if you want to be able to walk to ocean grove and asbury park restaurants. You’re also a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and Ken and Julie provided 2 free beach passes which was really great. Ken and Julie were so accommodating and helped us with a crib that we rented and had delivered for our week at the beach. The Airbnb served us well (two adults and a 1 year old) as we were able to cook, use the grill, sit outside, and go for a lot of walks with much to see around the area.

Ken and Julie's place was perfect for a short beach getaway with my husband and daughter. The second bedroom was the perfect size to set up my daughter's pack and play, and would also be great for an older child or solo adult on the pullout chair. It's a quick walk to the beach, and an even quicker walk over to the Asbury Park restaurants and nightlife. The kitchen and bathroom are really nicely updated, and everything was spotless when we arrived. They had lots of beach gear for grabs in their basement (the beach cart saved us), and a lovely patio and grill which we made use of one night for dinner. We would definitely stay there again!

Ocean Grove is a quiet town - please respect our neighbors. No music is permitted on the porch or in the courtyard. No loud music permitted inside the house at any time. Quiet hours are in place in the outside spaces after 10 p.m.

I accept payment by Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Personal check by mail will also be accepted up to 14 days before rental start date.

A fully refundable damage deposit of $500 is due prior to the rental start date.

By paying me directly through these methods, you will avoid the 11.625% NJ occupancy tax plus additional fees assessed for this listing on AirBnb and VRBO, consistent with NJ law.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are fully cancellable within 48 hours of being made as long as cancellation occurs at least 10 days prior to rental start date.

After 48 hours, reservation deposits are non-refundable. However, if I subsequently rent the property on the cancelled dates, I will refund all of your payments less a $75 reservation fee plus the difference, if any, to cover lower rental rates received compared to your original reservation.
