This Pet Friendly, 3-bdr/4-bath 2-story home, is located on popular West Beach Boulevard in the community of West Side Cottages. It has a fully equipped kitchen including custom cabinets, granite countertops, a Coffee Bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and all the needed appliances and cookware to make a home cooked meal.
Grab your beach chair and head to the warm sand, beach access is just a 3-5 minute walk. You can enjoy lounging in the sun by the lagoon or head under the bridge to ride the waves on the Gulf of Mexico!

As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: one roll of paper towels, one small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, one hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel size items, please be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your own beach towels.

TRASH:
There are 2 trash bins in front one for trash and one for recycling. Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday, no need to do anything we have a service to take and replace the trash cans.
COMMUNITY POOL:
You do not need a code or keys to access the pool area, hours are from 8am-10pm. The Pool Pavilion consists of a restroom, pool, tables, umbrellas, chairs, and loungers. Children under the age of 13 require adult supervision while in the pool area.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for an owners closet which is located in the main level bathroom, please do not tamper with this door.
REFUNDS:
We adhere to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking and strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. Please note that hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip from any unexpected disruptions.

MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.

We absolutely love the Great Smoky Mountains, mother nature and tons of activities for the whole family. Fire (Website hidden by Airbnb) Absolutely no fires inside. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
Refunds
• We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We encourage you to get a travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances including weather or power outages or illness.
Personal Belongings
• Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Items left behind after check out are not the responsibility of the homeowner.
Furnishings
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. Please do not rearrange furniture or take any indoor furniture outside. No glitter in the home please.
Parking
• Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway underneath the home. Boat/trailer parking is not available, overflow parking is also not available (Website hidden by Airbnb)
