Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though its not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa.

For the angler we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property. Activities listed in the activities section include surrounding areas.

All amenities are free and there are NO RESORT FEES.

No Parking

We have a on-site parking. Since we are located right across the street from the beach you never have to go searching for parking! There is a $30 parking fee paid directly to Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club. It a fee they charge that does not come to us.

Wheelchair Accessible

We are on the 7th floor but do have an elevator. We don't have any hand rails but it will fit a wheelchair.

Getting around

Driving is the best way to get around. The resort charges a $25 parking fee that you’ll pay directly to them upon arrival. It will be good for the duration of your stay.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have self-check in so it's ok to arrive anytime after 4 p.m. on your day of arrival. A few days before your check in we'll send you an email that explains everything you need to know to access your condo and start relaxing.

No pets

Our condo association does not allow pets or emotional support animals.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Many condos and HOAs in Gulf Shores require a minimum age of 25 for renters.

To keep you comfortable we only allow four guests per reservation. We offer a king-sized bed in the bedroom a full-sized pullout in the living area.

House Rules

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR BALCONY INCLUDES VAPING, NO PETS, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. If it is discovered that you smoke anything or use illegal drugs in the unit you will lose your security deposit and may be charged additional fees. Access to unit is limited to those on the reservation. Must be at least 25 to book. Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. Don’t leave the doors or windows open while the air conditioning is running. If you want to leave the door open, that’s fine, just turn off the air. When you leave the unit for the day please turn the air conditioning up so it’s not cooling too much while you’re away. It doesn’t take long at all to cool off once you return. Beach access is directly across the street. When returning from the beach please shower off outside before you come back inside in an effort to keep sand in the unit at a minimum. Please don't leave young children unattended on the balcony. Please don't hang items off the balcony railings, the complex/city may fine you for it. Please don’t sit on furniture with wet bottoms. Please don’t take our towels to the beach, it ruins them. Refundable Damage Deposit

Your damage deposit will be returned after our cleaning crew cleans the property and finds it in good shape.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
