REAR, private, 2nd floor unit with exterior keypad entrance, approximately 150 sq ft. Its similar to a hotel room with a full bath and kitchenette (mini fridge/microwave/coffee/tea). It is completely self contained and accessible by only you.
Queen size, premium memory foam mattress. Ceiling fan and a heater/air conditioner that you can adjust to your needs. Blackout curtains on every window. Full bath with toiletries. Large deck and gas fire pit (shared with other guests). Equipped with a smart TV and high speed wifi.
Plenty of exterior lighting, including motion lights and dusk to dawn lights.
Private, rear parking is available for one vehicle. RVs and vehicles pulling trailers or U-Hauls will need to use on street parking.
The house was built ~1865. It was on the verge of demolition when we acquired it. Its been fully rehabbed with all new furnishings and every amenity to make your stay comfortable.
The area is on the National Register of Historic Places, and buildings are upward of 150 years old. The neighborhood is up and coming with a ton of rehab going on. Many buildings have been restored, but a few are still waiting for love and attention (these buildings are gradually phasing out). Its a quiet, low crime area with great neighbors and an active neighborhood association.
Within 3 miles of Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, Downtown, Gateway Arch, Cherokee Street, Soulard, and much more. Uber is plentiful and usually pretty cheap to get anywhere you need to go.
For stays 28+ days, we do require a copy of a state ID as well as a short term stay contract to be signed.

Getting around
The house is walking distance to a lot of cool places, and a cheap (generally) Uber ride to most other places. St. Louis has an embarrassingly awful public transit system, FYI. There are a few nearby bus stops, and we do have a Metro Link train, although there isn’t a station very close by. We also have taxis, but I highly recommend Uber/Lyft, which is plentiful. We never wait more than 2-3 minutes to catch one, no matter where we are.
The house is close to all major highways and thoroughfares.
There are bike lanes on a lot of the bigger roads, if you’re into biking. There’s sidewalks along all the streets, but some are a little rough with tree roots that are causing buckling in sections.
