We picked this rental because it's right across the street from the baseball stadium with a great view looking into baseball village. We were able to park in a private, very secure area of the parking garage and walk to all the attractions nearby. The apartment was simple, tidy, and perfect for our needs. There was 1 private bedroom with bed and TV, a nook area with a twin bed, and a twin in the living room, plus a couch that could've been used to sleep also. The building has an amazing roof with seating and TVs. We felt very safe with how secure the building is. Martine is very nice and responsive to questions and gave us excellent instructions for arrival and parking. We will definitely be renting again the next time we are in town.

The location is great, because the appartment is next to the nice ballpark village. The appartment is small, good for up to 3 adults (there is one queen bed, one small bed and a child bed). Outstanding is the shared rooftop, where you can sit outside, watch tv or sit to have a good time together. The instructions to get in are clear, we even got a parking space in the parking garage next to the appartment building and it was easy to communicate with Martine by text.
