Welcome to Off The Strip Getaway! Our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom high end home that can fit your whole family or crew. Our house is exceptionally clean, and is only 12 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, and Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran). The private pool is heated in the winter (at no additional cost to you), and the private hot tub is available any time - both are in the back yard. We have an EV charging station for your electric vehicle (at no additional cost), and our game room has foosball & air hockey. We have a total of 7 Smart TVs in the house pre-loaded with your favorite streaming services. 2 of the TVs are 75 inches, so you can watch your favorite game, or binge watch your favorite series on Netflix. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay - from dishes to utensils to a professional built in BBQ in the back yard, luxury patio furniture, and a private, tranquil backyard to unwind in. The seating on the front patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Our dining table seats 10 people, so family dinners will be memorable.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Self check in with a digital dead bolt on the front door. Your door code will be sent to you the day before check in.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

The person who makes the reservation must be over 25, and must be one of the guests staying at the house. We do NOT allow 3rd party bookings for other people.

Maximum occupancy: 10

10 people total - regardless of age.

House Rules

No pets, No additional guests other than those on the reservation, no smoking, no parties or events, please read all house rules in the binder by the sliding door, and observe all pool rules including quiet time. Please don't adjust the pool temperature. The pool is heated to 85 degrees in the cooler months, and controlled remotely.

Payment Policy

50% of the total cost due at booking, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 60 days from the stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect a $300 security deposit 2 days before check-in, and we refund the deposit within 48 hours of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 60+ days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% is not due, but the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once the remaining 50% is paid at 60 days out, that becomes non-refundable also.
