Welcome to The Miami Pool Oasis! We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay and create unforgettable memories.

To achieve this, please adhere to the house rules. We understand that rules can be a bit tedious, but they are in place to ensure that all our guests have a fantastic experience. Please review our Short-Term Rental Agreement for more detailed rules before making your reservation.

Before we dive into the rules, please know that we require the following two steps within 48 hours of making your reservation, and we will send you a link to your guest portal where you will:

1) Sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement.
2) Verify your ID and complete the damage waiver with our partner, Superhog.

These steps have been implemented to guarantee your safety and enjoyment of your stay. You can rest assured that you can cancel your reservation within 48 hours. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund, provided that your reservation was made under the refundable cancellation policy.

PARTIES
There will be no parties or disruptions to neighbors and nearby residents. We want you to enjoy your stay and invite you to celebrate milestones while respecting the property, neighbors, and residents.

We love to host celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, bridal groups, etc., at the Miami Pool Cottage as long as all guests are named on the reservation.

To be clear, this means no outside guests/visitors.

NO SMOKING
Do not smoke anywhere inside or outside on the property.

PETS
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome after pre-approval and payment of our $35 per night per dog fee. We're sorry, but we do not accept any other kind of pets. We need to pre-approve all dogs when you make your reservation.
