Welcome to 1510 NE 110th St! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and to protect the property, we ask that you please follow these house rules:
1. Check-In/Out:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later.
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.
Please inform us in advance if you require any early check-in or late check-out.
2. Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pick-up days: Monday and Thursday.
Recycling day: Thursday.
Please place all garbage in the designated bins outside by 7:00 AM on collection days.
Kindly bring the bins back to their storage area after collection to avoid city fines.
3. Noise and Quiet Hours:
City Noise Ordinance: Please be aware that the City of Miami has a strict noise ordinance in residential areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted during quiet hours.
Please be considerate of the neighbors at all times, especially when outdoors or using the patio areas.
4. Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep the outdoor areas tidy.
5. Parties and Events:
This property has a strict no-party policy. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate termination of the reservation, a fine, and additional cleaning fees.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
6. Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
If a pet has been approved, please ensure they do not cause damage or excessive noise. Guests will be responsible for any pet-related damage.
7. Property Care:
Please treat the property with respect and report any damages immediately.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.
Do not move furniture or fixtures without permission.
Please use coasters for drinks and avoid placing hot items directly on surfaces to prevent damage.
8. Safety and Security:
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Do not leave personal belongings outside unattended.
In case of emergency, contact us immediately. The emergency contact number is provided in the welcome booklet.
9. Air Conditioning and Energy Use:
Please help conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning, lights, and electronics when not in use or when leaving the house.
The thermostat should be kept at a reasonable temperature (between 72-78°F) to prevent damage to the HVAC system.
10. Parking:
Parking is available in the designated driveway.
Please avoid parking on the street to prevent city fines.
11. Respect for Neighbors:
Be mindful of the neighbors and avoid loud activities, especially during early morning and late evening hours.
