Melbourne Harbor Condominium is situated on scenic Melbourne Harbor in Melbourne, Florida. There are two restaurants on Melbourne Harbor, and the condo is only one block from Historic Downtown Melbourne, with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
Unit #103 is on on the waterfront, on the ground floor--no steps or elevators to negotiate. Free parking is literally steps out the front and back door.
Unit #103 is fully furnished and is equipped with a full kitchen, 2 TVs, ceiling fans, sleeping facilities for up to 4 people, and over 700 sq feet of living space. It is comfortably furnished to give you that at home feeling.
There is a pool on the grounds, a small park out the back door, and several more parks within walking distance.
We have Spectrum Cable with high speed internet, a large-screen HDTV (plus a second HDTV in the bedroom) and a wifi router.
This unit is great for a summer vacation, winter stay, or for business travelers in town for an extended period. It is also very close to Holmes Regional Hospital Medical Center and would be perfect for hospice situations.
Our rates vary by the season, and are very reasonable for the amenities and the location.

We have been residents of the Melbourne area for 40 years. We love the water and are avid sailors and members of Melbourne Yacht Club. We are currently retired and are enjoying traveling the world on a part-time basis. We spend the fall months in our condo, and rent it to others the rest of the year. It is our home, and we hope it will become your home away from home.

We are a 5-10 minute drive from Melbourne International Airport. and rental cars and airport shuttles are available at the airport. If you prefer a more budget solution, the local bus service has a $1.50 (20 minute) route from the Airport to downtown Melbourne on (Route 26), and from there it is a 3 minute walk to the condo.

The condo is equipped with a programmable door lock, and so there is no check-in process, as all guests are pre-paid before arrival. Arrive when you like (after check-in time), leave when you like (by check-out time). We can sometimes accommodate earlier arrival times or later departure times (please ask well in advance).

1. Smoking is NOT allowed in our unit.
2. People other than those specifically named in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. No parties or "events" permitted.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Do not store any items on the sidewalk in front of the condo--this is considered a fire evacuation route and must be kept clear.
7. Do not leave doors and windows open with the air conditioning on.
8. Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
9. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. If you are staying for an extended period and would like a cleaning service, we would be happy to recommend someone.
11. Plumbing: The plumbing works well in our building, but it will still clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
12. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Refundable Damage Deposit
A credit refund will be issued on the booking credit card within 3 days of checkout. Refund processing typically takes 7-10 working days after that to be credited to your credit card account.

Full refund provided if cancelling more than 60 days in advance of your stay.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Unless there is a problem with the unit, if you shorten your visit, we will retain your
entire rental fee (except refundable deposit).
