Welcome We are looking forward to your stay at our Lake House. We wanted to cover a few policies prior to your visit. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. The door code is the last 4 digits of the primary renter’s phone number. It gets reset at the specified checkout time. If you will not be out of the house by checkout, please contact us to request a late checkout. (Late checkouts are not always available, it depends on the cleaning schedule however we will try to accommodate them when possible.) House Rules - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in HOT TUB:- Follow Rules posted Outside -No chemicals or bubbles -MUST rinse off prior to getting into Hot Tub (If the Hot Tub needs to be cleaned - guests may be charged a fee of $100 for the draining and cleaning) DO NOT attempt to drain the tub you must contact management if there's an issue for the tub to be drained during your stay. DO NOT sit on the top of the Hot Tub Cover - $500 fee to replace cover When you arrive: If the water and hot water heater are not already on, they can be turned on in the mechanical closet in the kitchen hallway in the breaker box labeled hot water heater. PARKING: Vehicle and trailer parking is available out front in the driveway or between the 2 houses in the parking area. DO NOT Park in the front grass area that is considered the front lawn. BOATS: Boats can be offloaded at the ramp around the corner; it's a load and off load area only, not extended parking. DIRECTIONS TO RAMP: Go back up to main road take a left follow it until it T's (LakeView Dr) take a left then 1/2 block down on right is a public neighborhood ramp. DOCKS: All the docks are privately owned, please be respectful and stay off the docks. The beach/lake area in between the docks can be used to load your supplies onto your boat and fishing can be done from the bank area all along the edge of the water as it is considered Corp Property. - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is located on the back door facing the back patio area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces within the residence. The cameras are motion activated and actively record video and sound while guests are in these area's of the residence.
