Thanks for booking our Lake View Getaway Home. We are excited to have you stay and enjoy the beautiful Lake.
We are looking forward to your stay at our Lake View Home. We wanted to cover a few policies prior to your visit. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

The door code is the last 4 digits of the primary renter’s phone number. You will receive a text message on the day of check-in with the times the codes are active. It gets reset at the specified checkout time. If you will not be out of the house by checkout, please contact us to request a late checkout. (Late checkouts are not always available, it depends on the cleaning schedule or new guests checking in- however we will try to accommodate them when possible.)

House Rules
- No smoking or Vaping
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

When you arrive:
If the water and hot water heater are not already on, they can be turned on in the mechanical area of the garage. Valve and on/off switches are marked with colored tape.

HOT TUB:-
-Follow Rules posted Outside
-No chemicals or bubbles
-MUST rinse off prior to entering into Hot Tub
(If Hot Tub requires draining due to guests not rinsing off prior to entering then the guest could be charged $100 for the draining and cleaning)

Parking:
Vehicle and trailer parking is available out front in the driveway on the black top area
Please do not park in grass between houses or in front of the dumpster
(pick up is on Mondays and they will not pick up if blocked).

Boat Ramp:
Boats can be off loaded at the ramp around the corner - it's a load and off load area only, not extended parking.
Directions: Go out of the driveway take a right go down approx. 1/2 block on the right is a public ramp (if you get to a dead end you have gone too far)

Garage:
Keep all Overhead Doors Closed when not in use: Your Safety is our concern, when in Winter months cold temperatures are not good with the pipes and appliances in the garage.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is located on the back door facing the backyard and 1 camera is located in the garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces within the residence. The cameras are motion activated and actively record video and sound while guests are in these area's of the residence.
