Welcome to 30A Latitude Adjustment Rental Property in Prominence South. The community boasts 2 community pools and is near many beautiful state parks, with the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park less than a mile away. We are moments to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, & Rosemary Beach. We are just steps from excellent food, entertainment, and activities for kids of all ages at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).

LA Beach house is a spacious single-family home with 5 bedrooms that sleep 12. There are 3.5 baths, plus an outdoor shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with NEW EVERYTHING! Our outdoor amenities include a covered porch & deck, and a fenced-in yard. Our home includes a 6-seater golf cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, & more.
