Nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this property sits off Florida's renowned 30A strip. Offering three bedrooms, two baths, and a large patio, this property is the perfect location for your 30A getaway! Exquisitely decorated, this property offers all the comforts of home- including washer and dryer for your convenience! A couple things that drew us to this property was the short walk to the beach and central location for all things 30A!
Welcome to Calm Kai 30A! We are so happy you are here! We strive to ensure you have everything you could possibly need while staying with us.

This beach modern condominium is located on the 2nd floor for extra privacy. Main bedroom with private full bath and plush king bed. Balcony access from main bedroom and living room. Main bedroom includes black out curtains and large walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Second bedroom with cozy queen bed, black out curtains and wall mounted smart TV. Third bedroom includes Twin over Full bunk with twin trundle with wall mounted smart TV. Adjacent full bathroom. Baths include toiletry starter kit to include hand soap and starter bath amenities including 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths provided.

Pack N Play is included for your little one.

Our fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave and disposal and oven range. Granite countertops and bar with seating. Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, slow cooker, and every amenity your chef needs. Plentiful assortment of dishes are sure to keep your family beach dinners in style. One roll of paper towels, starter dish liquid, starter dishwasher tabs, and starter kitchen trash bags included with your stay.

Our open floor plan with dining and living room with sleeper sofa open to kitchen and balcony. Balcony seating available to watch the sunset from your home away from home. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment.

This unit includes washer and dryer in separate utility room.

Clean linen initiative participant: All linens, are pulled off of property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every turn.

You will receive 2 parking passes which can be used for golf carts.

“Wonderful Stay”

I would love to start by saying this is a wonderful 3/2 on the second floor at Beachside villas. We love staying at Beachside villas due to the proximity to the beach, Seaside, Rosemary, Water Color etc. The condo is tucked back off of 30A making it very quiet and safe to take your family on a walk at anytime of the day. Jennifer was the best host we have experienced so far since 2017 coming to 30A. She was prompt with responses and anything we needed she was on it. The condo was the perfect setup for my family and couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for everything and can’t wait to come back soon!

Awesome hosts, super responsive and friendly. The place looked exactly like the pictures and included tons of other stuff. Was great that they provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Very walkable to the beach and golf cart shuttle was great. Would stay again.

We had the best girls weekend here! The beds are so comfy, clean condo, great assess to beach, adorable decor, and very clean! We loved every minute here! Great place to stay!

Host is great at responding to all needs and questions. Jenny let us check in early- VERY NICE!! Unit has been updated- and looks exactly like photos. Lately- we have stayed at a few different properties and unit does NOT look like photos.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Guests who cancel 30 days before will get back 50% of amount paid.

Notes

Beachside Villas has leased a part of the beach (approximate size of 2 football fields) to the west of Beachside Villas just past the last beach front house on San Roy Road. It is a 1200 foot walk down the beach or down San Roy Road or you can take the golf cart shuttle that drops you off and picks you up. If you choose to use the beach in front of the beach front homes, please only occupy the wet sand as the dry sand is reserved for the beach front home renters/owners.
