Unique and overflowing with Hawaiian themes, the centrally located Kona Surf House is 4bd/4bth and sleeps 8 comfortably. Our hale is conveniently located near scenic beaches, popular surf spots and Kailua village for foodies and shopping. With Alii Drive nearby youll have access to all the popular Kona Coast amenities. Make memories with friends or family and book soon as we fill vacancies fast.
The home is uniquely setup with 4 bedrooms with 4 private baths. 3 of the bedrooms have private lanais. Our hale includes ample parking for multiple families making it convenient to come and go. It also features an outside shower and a private lawn area behind the home
Guest have access to the 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, kitchen and ohana room. NO ACCESS IS ALLOWED TO THE LOFTS.
My interaction with our guests are limited to correspondence through our booking sites and a phone call away.
The home sits in an older hawaiian family oriented neighborhood. So respect for the neighbors is appreciated. We have a park for kids right up the street from the house (5 min walk).
A rental car is needed but a trolley is only minutes away on nearby Alii Drive that takes you into town for shopping and foodies. We do provide bikes for cruising along the popular Alii Drive.

National parks, surfing, an active volcano, waterfalls, hiking trails, ATV adventures, Zipline adventures, horseback riding, botanical gardens and endless coastline sightseeing.

Good Neighbor Policy
Per local STVR Regulations, we fully enforce the Good Neighbor Policy as follows:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. This is a local neighborhood and respecting your neighbors is extremely important in Hawaii (live aloha).
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
- Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area.
-The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Failure to comply with the good neighbor policy stated above will be construed to be a violation.
House Rules and Guidelines
- Please keep your speed 10 mph on street, there are a lot of kids in the area going back and forth from the beach and school, respect their safety.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the home. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes and toys before entering the home.
- Please shut off propane tank on BBQ when not in use and before check out.
- Secure all locks and doors when you leave the home and before check out.
- Please keep door keys in lock box at all times.
- Please turn off lights when not in use and before check out.
- Hawaii is a tropical paradise that can get warm and humid. To make your stay more comfortable, we have preset the temperature of our A/C system to 72 F (A/C settings should not be manually adjusted).
- If heavy storm is forecasted do not leave back sliders open. They must be closed or else rain water will come into the house and cause damage.
- There is no dishwasher. Please wash all dishes and leave on the dish rack before you check out.
- Please take all interior trash outside to the main trash bins at the front of the home. On trash pick up day (Tuesday), please roll main trash bins to curb.
- Remove all linens and towels from bedrooms and bathrooms and place them in the laundry room before check out.
- For your convenience, there is an on-site washer and dryer. Please only wash SMALL loads, as the washer and dryer do not do well with large loads.
- It's okay to use the coffee table for eating provide you take precaution to keep the area and couches clean.
