Welcome to our familys private gated estate located on the beautiful hillside of Hualalai mountain in Kailua-Kona. We recently renovated our 4,000 SF home and enjoy hosting guests when we have availability since 2022.
Guests will appreciate soaring ceilings, open living spaces, and thoughtful finishes throughout our home. Set on a single level perfect for families with elderly parents and children, our home features sleeping areas for 16, a large lap pool, and style fitting of a modern resort.
Our home is conveniently located within driving distance of central Kona!

Guests in our home will enjoy open concept living with gorgeous and thoughtful finishes throughout.
The kitchen features solid koa wood cabinets, beautiful marble countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island features a second sink and is perfect for entertaining with seating for 8.
The living and dining space flow together with an oversized dining table that seats up to 12. A large sliding glass door opens the living space to the expansive and gorgeous views of the Kona coast and the spectacular sunsets experienced year-round.
The outdoor area features tropical landscaping, stunning views, a full size bar, and a resort style pool. Take advantage of the cool elevation, island breeze, and warm sun poolside in a hammock or chaise lounge. The hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cooler evening climate typical of our elevation.
The master bedroom is located on the North side of the home and features sliding glass doors that open up to views of the Kona coast. The king size bed and tasteful decor help create a relaxing environment. The master bathroom is over-sized with a spacious walk-in closet, large powder area, and a jetted soaking tub.
Spacious guest rooms are found in the home with the following sleeping arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King size bed and twin size daybed
Guest room 1: Queen size bed
Guest room 2: Queen size bed
Guest room 3: Queen size bed and bunk bed with 2 twin size beds
Guest room 4: Queen size bed
Guest room 5: Bunk bed with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed
Guests will appreciate the short drive to downtown Kailua-Kona where outdoor dining, ocean adventures, and beautiful beaches await.
Large families or groups traveling together will appreciate the large living area with an abundance of seating for dining, laundry room that has 2 washers and dryers, private security gate, and parking for multiple vehicles.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. Our house is equipped with smart smoke detectors that measure Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) levels in the air and notify us in real-time. A fine of $500 will be automatically enforced for any smoking violation. Please be respectful to future guests.
No parties or events. There is a fine of $1,000 for parties hosted without the host's permission.
No outside visitors or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. Any additional people staying overnight at the home that were not in the booking will result in a $100 fee per person per day.
Owners are highly allergic to animal dander and thus, no pets of any kind is allowed on the premises.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Our slice of paradise is an island that is teeming with amazing wildlife, including birds, tree frogs, and bugs. We do regular pest maintenance and ask for your cooperation to keep bugs outside of our home. Please do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.

County mandated quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Our backyard is equipped with noise monitors and we ask that guests respect our peaceful neighborhood and not disturb adjacent neighbors. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to ensure protection in the event you feel the need to cancel for any reason. CSA and Trip Guard provide the best rates and coverage if you want to buy travel insurance.
