We want to make your trip a memorable experience. This home is located a few blocks from the trendy, up-and-coming East 6th Street Bar and Restaurant District! Walk/run/bike the scenic Lady Bird Hike and Bike Trail or kayak/paddleboard on Lady Bird Lake as the sun sets less than 1 mile away.

This home comes with many comfort features for your stay and the best vibe of the East Side, you will enjoy: a private in-ground hot tub, picnic and grill area, open modern kitchen with all the cookware you would need to cook up a feast, board games, and dedicated workspaces.

Quiet Hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am

We ask that you do not wear shoes inside our house to keep it clean throughout your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. Our house is equipped with smart smoke detectors that measure Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) levels in the air and notify us in real-time. A fine of $500 will be automatically enforced for any smoking violation. Please be respectful to future guests.

No parties or events. There is a fine of $1,000 for parties hosted without the host's permission.

No outside visitors or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. Any additional people staying overnight at the home that were not authorized in the booking will result in a $100 fee per person per day.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.

If you break or damage something, please let us know to arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

Please be sure to clean up any and all food.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 45 days to the arrival date. If a cancellation occurs prior to 45 days to arrival, full refund will be issued less a $100 handling fee.
