Property Notes:

-The resort HOA requires one 1 access card per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per card.
-Day visitors do not require access cards.
-Guests are required to sign the rental agreement form.
-Pool/spa heat is an additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
-BBQ Grill is available- a cleaning fee will be applied for usage.
-Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable material must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected on a daily basis by resort staff. Alternatively, there is a trash compactor available at the resort.
