The pool area has a child safety fence and alarm on the patio door.

Emerald island resort is a 24 hour security gated community with 2 heated pools, sauna, Tiki-bar, free wifi, fitness center, mini golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and 3 playgrounds. Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a pavement winding through it.

Included in your stay is access to Emerald Island clubhouse. This features a small store for purchase of necessities. A community pool, hot tub, and sauna along with a full service Tiki-bar. Also mini golf, basketball, volley ball, tennis, 3 playgrounds and an 11 acre walking path are located in the resort as well.
