Dune Drifter is a three story beach house with gulf views from the second and third floors. 4 king bedroom suites with ensuite full baths. 6 built in twin bunks. Sleeps 14.

Gorgeous great room with water views. Gourmet kitchen with every amenity.

The first-floor features 2 bedrooms. East bedroom with king bed has an ensuite full bath with soaking tub and separate custom shower. Hair dryer. Smart TV.

First floor west bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bath with shower. TV with Roku. Hair dryer.

The first floor also has a beverage refrigerator and sink at the pool entrance. The pool door is alarmed.

On the second floor youll find an open great room and kitchen with room for everyone. Quartz counters and stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for your chef to enjoy. Separate walk-in pantry. Smart TV. 2nd floor balcony with seating and gulf views. Separate laundry room with full sized Speed Queen washer and dryer. Iron and drying rack. Convenient half bath is also located on this floor.

The 3rd floor king bedroom east has king bed and ensuite bath with custom shower. This full bath has double sinks with quartz counter tops and large custom shower with gulf views. Bath amenities and hair dryer. Access your wraparound balcony with seating and enjoy sweeping gulf views.

Third floor west bedroom features a king bed and en-suite full bath with large custom shower. Separate water closet. Bar cart with seating. This bedroom has a balcony with gorgeous south facing emerald water views. Hair dryer and bath amenities.

Dune Drifter also has 6 built in twin bunks. See photos. 2 sets are located on the 3rd floor. 1 set is located in the first floor east bedroom.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS-Our beach access is simply amazing! Dune Drifter is one home from beach front and approximately 50 steps to the beach walk. With only 9 homes on our gated street, the beach is never crowded and its just so close. Dune Drifter is on the beach side of 30A (no street to cross). *Please note that the HOA of this private beach requests tents be on the back 1/3 of the beach. We provide 10 portable Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 Beach Bub umbrella systems for do-it-yourself use. You may also rent beach chair and umbrella set up along with kayaks and SUP at beachside from Beach Chairs 4 U. Sand toys located next to pool. You will absolutely love the beautiful and comfortable interior and the fantastic location with super easy beach access at Dune Drifter.

We do have two sets of stairs. Living area is on 2nd floor. Pool alarm on entrance door from house. Pool is fully gated with pool gate lock.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Arrival time is 4pm. If Dune Drifter is ready for you earlier, you will receive a text with the gate and keypad code for the house.

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Primary renter must be over 25 years of age. Please provide list of names and ages of guests along with ID copy of primary renter.

Maximum occupancy: 14

14 is maximum occupancy. Primary renter will be asked to provide photo identification and complete guest list with name and ages of all occupants.

House Rules

We love dogs, but our home is not pet-friendly. Please be courteous to our neighbors and on the beach. We have beautiful beach views and a private beach walkover. Tents are allowed on the back 1/3 of the beach to avoid blocking others. We provide backpack chairs and 2 umbrellas for beach use. Chair and umbrella rental set up, kayak rentals, and bonfires with permit are available exclusively from Beach Chairs 4 U. Text them at 334-312-2750.

Payment Policy

50% deposit to secure dates. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit due day prior to check in. Security deposit refunded within 14 days of departure.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$500 damage deposit. Refunded no later than 14 days after check out.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable. In case of hurricane or other events, Walton County will serve as the governing authority and refunds will be issued under this guidance.

Notes

Our beach house is located on 30A in Seagrove Beach. This is a residential family-friendly area on a gated street with 9 homes. Events and private parties are not allowed by our Home Owners Association. Golf carts are allowed in our neighborhood, but must be parked in the driveway. Each house has 4 parking spaces. The beach is private with a neighborhood beach access. The HOA allows tents but asks they are placed on the back 1/3 of the beach to not block others views. Daily chair rental set up is available exclusively from Beach Chairs 4 U. Text them at 334-312-2750.
