This two bedroom condo sits beachfront in Seagrove Beach, FL. The condo is located roughly at the center of 30A to give you plenty of opportunity to explore all the beach towns along 30A. Located on the 10th floor of One Seagrove Place, you have a view unlike any other on 30A. Being an even number unit, from the balcony you can view Panama City Beach to your left and Destin, FL to your right along with the gorgeous Gulf in front of you. Imagine spotting Dolphins, Sting Rays and Sea Turtles while you sip coffee from the balcony. The Master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom and views of the Gulf. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, as well as twin bunk beds. The second room also has its own bathroom. The property has onsite security, a friendly front desk staff and an outdoor pool that is heated in the off-season. We look forward to hosting you!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We will provide you a door code one week prior to your reservation. Check-In is at 4 PM, however, there is flexibility if the unit has been cleaned. Feel free to reach out the day of check-in to see if earlier check-in is available. During peak season, unavoidable delays may occur and there is a possibility your vacation rental may not be ready by 4 PM (CST). Your patience will be appreciated.

PARKING
Please see the front desk to retrieve your parking permits. Parking is for 1 car during peak season. Additional parking is available off site. Please reach out for additional details.

UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY
Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Florida and local laws, at all times while they are on the Rental Property including common areas of the condominium. Failure to abide by the laws of the state of Florida or the rules incorporated herein, may cause Guests and invitees to be vacated from the Rental Property and forfeit all rents and security and/or deposits.

No underage drinking or partying is allowed on the Rental Property. If the condominium staff (Scenic Stays 30A LLC) is made aware of these activities, we will be forced to remove the Guests from the Rental Property. All rental payments and deposits will be forfeited. Guests and invitees in violation will be removed by local law enforcement or the security company employed by the condominium.

INITIAL SUPPLIES
Your Reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial set up of trash liners, bathroom paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Unit. We reserve the right to charge for lost or damaged linens.

BEACH TOWELS
Bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the unit.
