AGE REQUIREMENT:
The guest booking must be at least 25 years of age.

NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKING:
No third-party bookings allowed. This means that you cannot book our listing for someone else and not show up yourself.

TRASH:
We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.
Trash produced in the cabin (beyond what will fit in the bear proof cage) is required to be taken to a trash dropoff center by the guest during their stay. The nearest drop off center is about a 17 minute drive and is located at:
447 Tiger Drive, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863
They are open Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
We can arrange for trash pickup during your stay by our cleaners for an additional charge.
At the end of your stay, you may leave properly bagged trash that will fit in the bear proof metal trash cage (located at the front of the cabin) at no extra charge. Do not overflow the cans or cage. An extra charge will apply if overflowed.
Do not throw any trash over the deck railing or onto the slope.

SEWER SYSTEM:
We are on a septic system. Only human waste and toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilets. You will be charged for blockages and/or damage caused by flushing foreign objects.

HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Please do not add any products to the water ie. Soaps, perfumes, chemicals…. Any additives added in incur additional fees.
Always strap the hot tub cover when the hot tub is not in use.
Children should always be supervised around the hot tub.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY:
3 Ring floodlight security cameras with 24-hr video and audio recording at the front and sides of the cabin that record audio/video activity on the driveway, front porch, and all grounds around the home.
NO indoor cameras.

PETS:
NO PETS allowed
If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

SMOKING:
Absolutely no smoking indoors or allowing outside smoke to enter the home.

FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or outside (except controlled fires in the fire pit and grill).
Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

PARTIES:
Absolutely no parties.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING:
No commercial photography or filming allowed without the owners written consent.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters or things outside of our control. Please consider purchasing travel insurance that may cover this type of loss.

LATE CHECKOUTS:
Late checkouts are not allowed because our cleaners need time to clean and sanitize the property and our maintenance techs need to maintain the property before our next guests. A late checkout fee of $150/hr will be assessed if a late checkout occurs.
