Our chic, designer-updated condo has been created to be your perfect getaway. Custom bunk beds, new flooring, new furniture, updated bathroom, gorgeous chefs kitchen with designer backsplash, quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking accessories you will need. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table that seats 6, or relax on the comfortable furniture in the elegant, open living room while watching TV or playing board games (weve included some of our favorites). Through the large sliding glass door, you will find a private patio with chairs and garden views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. After a long day of fun in the sun, retire to the welcoming bedroom which offers a king-size bed with plush bedding and crisp linens, and tuck the kids in the cozy bunk beds or the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Our Beach Condo can comfortably host 6 people, so there is plenty of space for the whole family, and if you have little ones, weve got you covered! A pack and play, sound machine and a booster seat are available upon request.

We want your stay here to be as relaxing and convenient as possible, and to help with that, we have also provided a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler bag that you are more than welcome to use throughout your stay. Feel like staying in? The complex has 2 pools (one heated week of Thanksgiving and during Spring Break 3/1 - 4/15), tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, outdoor grills and on-site laundry facilities.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

To operate the Schlage keypad and open the door: Touch/tap the screen so the keypad lights up. Enter your personalized 4-digit code. Press the check button Your unique 4-digit access code will be sent to you a day or two before check-in. To lock the door: *DO NOT LOCK the interior door knob! Pull the door completely shut Touch/tap the screen to lock the door Please test the door to ensure it’s locked.

House Rules

• Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only.
• Service animals are permitted.
• Certain pets are ok and must be disclosed prior to booking.
• No smoking.
• Weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• No parties, please.
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25.
• Checkout is no later than 10:00am, check in is after 4pm CST.
• Please do not move furniture from its original location or sit on furniture with wet clothes.
• Please do not eat in the bed! We provide a dining table inside, as well as a small bistro table and chairs on the porch.
• Keep all beach chairs, toys, and large coolers on the porch.
• Please do not flush sanitary napkins down the toilet; dispose of them in trashcans.
• Please do not hang towels, swimsuits, etc. on patio or landing railings. Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room across from the office.
• Motor homes, campers, trucks beyond pickup size, trailers or boats are not allowed to be parked overnight.
• Please consider any time after 10:00 PM to be “Quiet Time”.
• Please take all garbage to the dumpster near the complex entrance.
• Please message us when you’re leaving so we can notify the housekeeping staff that they can get cleaning for the next guests.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be fully refunded upon inspection after your check out date.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Notes

Please note that we understand that life happens, flights get cancelled, and coastal weather can be unpredictable. For this reason we highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance through any agency of your choosing. We adhere to our set cancellation policy and a refund will only be issued if there is an active state of emergency or a mandatory evacuation that is set in motion by The National Weather Service or other Government Agency.
