The unit has brand new modern furnishings including a king size bed in the master bedroom, 70 smart TV in the living room and a 65 TV in the master bedroom both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks with access to all your favorite programming, new major appliances, full size gas stove, full size double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water, fully appointed kitchen, wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. You can also enjoy the outdoor sitting area at the front door for morning coffee to enjoy views of the lake and mountains.
We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26 and 29 bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!

We are located just steps south of the Carratera on Jesus Garica. Not the private small side street. You will see "mari" corner store with the Corona branding on it right across the street from the front door. Big beige house with a 4-car garage, Center main door and the guest house to the right side of the main doors.

We will leave a key for you to use for the duration of your stay to give you access to the front gate in the lock box at the front door. A key for the unit will be left in the front door of your unit to give you ease of access throughout your stay. The lock box code will be sent to you 24hrs before checking in and a door access code specific to your unit will be sent 24hrs prior to arrival. Check back here just before you arrive after 2pm. This will allow you to use the keypad on the door. Enter code followed by #, the lock also auto locks after 20sec.

Unit B - 2bdrm- Walk straight in the front gate and proceed up the main stairs in the courtyard to the second floor.
Unit C - 1bdrm- Come in the gate and turn Right in the courtyard, unit C is free standing on the right side as soon as you come in on ground level.
Check Out:
We hope you enjoyed your stay, please leave all keys for both the main gate and the unit door on the kitchen counter when you leave for the final time by 11am. The main door to the unit will lock automatically. Please ensure all your belongings and the safe has been emptied, all left over food etc removed from the fridge and left in a tied garage bag outside the unit front door.
