We are less than 10 min to Ajijic & 5 min to Chapala. On site security, parking options & all the latest comforts to enjoy as you explore the area.
The entire property has been fully renovated throughout. The unit has brand new modern furnishings including a king size bed in the master bedroom, 70 smart TV in the living room and a 65 TV in the master bedroom both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks with access to all your favorite programming, new major appliances, full size gas stove, full size double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water, fully appointed kitchen, wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. The unit has its own brand-new washer and dryer to make things that much easier while you stay. Newly installed tankless hot water on demand so you always have Hot water in the shower! We have also just installed & upgraded new solar panels that provide the entire property with all the power you need. Enjoy the outdoor sitting/dining area with fantastic views.

Situated in the heart of San Antonio you are steps away from amazing restaurants, shops and even Wal Mart. Located less than 10 min from Ajiijc and 5 min from Chapala plus you will enjoy so much even within walking distance from the house. We have the bus right out the front door and mari fresh market right across the street. The San Antonio square is 2 blocks away and the Carretera is 1/2 block up the street.

Centrally located steps from the Carretera and all major busses right at the front door making your stay that much easier to enjoy the entire lakeside area. Parking options are available both on the property (when available) and safe /secure street parking right at the front door.

The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes Water softener filter, charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter Ultraviolet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available.

I am the owner of Villa San Angel in the heart of San Antonio which has had long standing 5 start reviews for many years. The whole house and the grounds have been fully renovated and ready for you to come and enjoy. We both made the move to the area from Toronto in June 2022 and now live here full time and are so very fortunate to have the opportunity to own such a fantastic place in the Ajijic, San Antonio Lake Chapala area of Mexico and would love to have you as our guests.

We are located just steps south of the Carratera on Jesus Garica. Not the private small side street. You will see "mari" corner store with the Corona branding on it right across the street from the front door. Big beige house with a 4-car garage, Center main door and the guest house to the right side of the main doors. Check In: 2PM - 11AM

Check In: We will leave a key for you to use for the duration of your stay to give you access to the front gate in the lock box at the front door. A key for the unit will be left in the front door of your unit to give you ease of access throughout your stay. The lock box code will be sent to you 24hrs before checking in and a door access code specific to your unit will be sent 24hrs prior to arrival. Check back here just before you arrive after 2pm. This will allow you to use the keypad on the door. Enter code followed by #, the lock also auto locks after 20sec. If you have any questions prior to arrival, please let us know. Google Map Check - The address is 13 Jesus Garcia. The main street not the lane way as the map pins it in error. Unit C - 1bdrm- Come in the gate and turn Right in the courtyard, unit C is free standing on the right side as soon as you come in on ground level. Check Out: We hope you enjoyed your stay, please leave all keys for both the main gate and the unit door on the kitchen counter when you leave for the final time by 11am. The main door to the unit will lock automatically. Please ensure all your belongings and the safe has been emptied, all left over food etc removed from the fridge and left in a tied garage bag outside the unit front door. If you need anything prior to departure, please let us know and have a safe trip. If you require a driver to your next destination or the airport, we have listed a number of the best ones in the pages in the binder located on the table in the unit.
