Lake Morris is right out the door. It’s 163 acres, has 2 boat landings, and is known for Panfish (abundant), Largemouth Bass (Common), and Northern Pike (Common).

Speed Restrictions: slow-no-wake speeds between the hours of 5:00pm and 10:00am
Water Skiing and Boating Hours: Water skiing, aquaplaning and similar activities are not permitted at any time on lakes A, B, or C. Boating in excess of slow-no-wake speed, water skiing, aquaplaning and similar activities, are permitted on Lake D between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm.

Nordic Mountain is just two miles from Talihaven. It offers skiing, alpine skiing, night skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, terrain park, snow tubing, 6 lifts, 16 trails, ski lessons, ski/snowboard/snowblade rentals, women's and children's programs.

Sledding is fun at any age! There are no rules or fees to pay. All you need is a sled and we have multiple sleds for your use, including a toboggan! Suicide Hill on Swamp Rd. is a popular sledding spot and don't let the name keep you from enjoying the thrill of sledding! Or head over to the Hancock Community Center for more sledding fun!

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh (formerly the EAA Annual Convention and Fly-In) is an annual air show and gathering of aviation enthusiasts held each summer at Wittman Regional Airport and adjacent Pioneer Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States. The southern part of the show grounds, as well as Camp Scholler, are located in the town of Nekimi and a base on for seaplanes arrivals on Lake Winnebago is in Black Wolf. The airshow is arranged by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), an international general aviation organization based in Oshkosh, and is the largest of its kind in the world. The show lasts a week, usually beginning on the Monday of the last full week in July. During the gathering, the airport's control tower, frequency 118.5, is the busiest in the world.

Roche-A-Cri State Park
Roche-A-Cri State Park, 1767 State Hwy 13, Friendship, WI 53934 | 50 minute drive
Roche-A-Cri State Park, established in 1948, protects a 300-foot-high rock outcropping and Native American petroglyphs and pictographs. The name "Roche-A-Cri" comes from French words meaning "screaming rock." The park offers camping, picnicking, fishing and hiking trails with a stairway to the top of the mound. Native American petroglyphs and a wayside exhibit can also be viewed.
