Check-in Instructions

Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please respect the amount of time it takes to prepare a large home like Talihaven for your arrival.

How do I get in?

You will receive instructions for entering the house on the day of your arrival. The house has a smart lock and you will receive a passcode. The door is on the right-hand side of the house from the driveway. Follow the deck, go down three steps to the lower door (do not go up the flight of stairs to the upper level door.)

The door lock:

Step 1. Touch the lock with the back of your hand to activate the lock. (The screen is black until you wake it.)

Step 2. Enter the 4-8 digit code and press the, the LED will turn green if the code is correct.

Step 3. Turn down the handle to open the door.

Door Lock Passage Mode: You can set the lock to passage mode if you do not want it automatically locking. You can do so by holding the lock icon button for 3 seconds on the inside above the lever until it sets the lock to Passage Mode. Turning passage mode off is done the same way. It toggles between the two states. I advise allowing the lock to engage before toggling passage mode on or off. It should lock within 5 seconds of being unlocked.

Ring Doorbell

• If you ring the doorbell the porch lights will turn on.
• Ringing the doorbell will notify us that you need assistance.
