Sue and Mark Jordan We have been married for 16years .

Mark is a carpenter and builder by trade and I now work full time in our construction and property investment business.

Prior to that I was a sales rep for a health food company for 10years and for the past 8 years I have had a memorial and keepsake jewellery business.

Sue now works full time as a property investor and host of Short Term Rentals, educating world wide on the subject and is the author of the book "Ready Set Host It- The ultimate guide to setting up your short Term Rental"

We were unable to have children so our dogs are our family and we have Chillie a Border Collie and a Jack Russell Poodle cross called Jack.

We love the beach and all things water related and Mark is a competitive tournament water skier that takes us on many adventures in our little caravan and this year he made the Queensland water-ski team We love to travel especially when we can take the dogs and enjoy snow skiing in the winter.

Sue’s place was sparkling clean and perfect for a beach getaway with our dog. Communication was clear and easy and Sue made sure to touch base to make sure everything was OK during our stay. We left feeling relaxed and our batteries recharged. Hopefully we will be back sometime soon.

This was our 6th stay here and we just love it. Nothing beats the sun streaming in through the glass doors in the morning whilst enjoying some pancakes! We love that we can take our dog Scooby with us and that he is allowed inside with us. So close to the beach and minutes drive into Coolum make this place a winner for us. We were treated to kookaburras sitting on the back fence this stay which we found pretty special (normally we have just heard them). Sue is great to communicate with and we appreciate the extra special touches she adds! The whole place was very clean as usual. We are already thinking about our next stay!!
