Sue and Mark Jordan We have been married for 16years .

Mark is a carpenter and builder by trade and I now work full time in our construction and property investment business.

Prior to that I was a sales rep for a health food company for 10years and for the past 8 years I have had a memorial and keepsake jewellery business.

Sue now works full time as a property investor and host of Short Term Rentals, educating world wide on the subject and is the author of the book "Ready Set Host It- The ultimate guide to setting up your short Term Rental"

We were unable to have children so our dogs are our family and we have Chillie a Border Collie and a Jack Russell Poodle cross called Jack.

We love the beach and all things water related and Mark is a competitive tournament water skier that takes us on many adventures in our little caravan and this year he made the Queensland water-ski team We love to travel especially when we can take the dogs and enjoy snow skiing in the winter.

Noosa National Park

Noosa National Park

Noosa National Park is a short 25-minute drive north from the house. The National Park consists of 40km² of eucalypt forest and wetlands with pockets of dense vine-strewn rainforest. It is home to some of Australia's most unique and beautiful wildlife including the Ground Parrot, Koala, Christmas Bells and Swap Orchid, all of which are unfortunately endangered species.
