We purchased this immaculate condo from a friend in 2020, however we are not new to the rent by owner rental market. Because we love the area so much, this is our SECOND unit in Treetops. Our family fell in love with the natural beauty of Hilton Head over twenty years ago! Over the years, we have visited the island several times per year and have always considered it our Happy Place. Having both grown up in Ohio, we’ve always known that we wanted a home of our own home here and are excited to have purchased and to be able to share our condo with you this year.
