Book Early to Get Your Preferred Dates

Tiki House has been a popular vacation rental home for years! Longer than we have owned it! It has always been in demand and it always books early!

It never fails, months before their vacation, someone calls to see if they can book a particular week. They have been planning on booking for months, shared the house's site with friends, and then waited too long! The house is already booked!

"But it is still 6 months away! How can it be booked!?"

Tiki House has always booked early. We begin booking summer vacations 18 months in advance. As of this post (March 2018), there are already 5 weeks of 2019 booked in June and July.

So what can a procrastinator do? We do keep a waiting list in case someone cancels. Be flexible. Or start planning ahead. We are generally booked for the summer by December or earlier. Start planning next years vacation during this year's vacation. Put down a deposit now and save the dates!
