Our Dare Dream by Avon Pier

We absolutely fell in love with this home the minute we walked up the stairs and saw the amazing view that we were not expecting. This home had one of the best views we had ever seen, and we immediately pulled out our phones to take photos.

We bought the house in May of 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, and we couldn't have been happier. The house was extremely dated, but we saw the potential it had , and we just could not get over the view!

We quickly started plans to upgrade the house, below are some of the pictures of the house, and what it looked liked before we bought it.

We had to wait 6 months to do our updates because the house was with an agency, but on October 25th, 2020 we began transforming the house to what it is today.

Out first order of business was to cover the 1990's cushions with a fresh modern solid cover. Painting the lamps and fish with chalky white paint. Next was replacing the carpet with luxury plank vinyl, replacing the dining tables and most of the existing light fixtures to make it space more modern.

The very first guest we hosted checked in on 05 November 2020. We would love to share some of our upgrade pics so that guests can see how far we have come this year!
