Variable Pricing

Ever wonder why I can't give you a straight answer when you ask me the price between certain dates...it's because there's too much variation. We use a variable pricing tool to help us set rates. Here are our projected 2021 through 2022 rates. Each spike is a weekend. You can see we have a high season from Dec to Apr and another one in June to Aug. Low season is Aug through Dec which is shame since Northstar resort doesn't close up for the season until October and reopens before Thanksgiving. That means great deals in Aug and Sep at Northstar!
