Edith is known for her lobster pizza made with Bimini bread crust. But don't let the name fool you.
She also makes delicious local Bahamian food like peas and rice and cracked lobster, cracked conch, fried fish, ribs.
I recently tried her grouper fingers which were soooo delicious. A guest told me they tried their ribs and they were outstanding.
Edith is located about a 2-minute drive outside the resort. You will find her behind the pink wall on the left side. Be patient because food is good, but it does take a while. So order yourself a cold Kalik and do try her appetizers as well.
