** AN EASY 1/2 mile WALK ALONG COVE RD to the BEACH

This lovely home sits on over a 1/2 Acre of property in a quiet neighborhood.

At the end of the street there are trails and Water Views looking onto Cape Cod BAY, where you can see amazing Sunsets over the Bay, hence the street name Cove View Rd.

On the 1st Floor of this lovely home is the Kitchen, Dining area, and Living Room, also on 1st floor are 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath. The Kitchen Amenities include: Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot,, glassware, dishes, and lots of pots and pans, including a Lobster Pot and Lobster crackers (to crack your cooked lobsters open)

On the 2nd Floor is the Master Bedroom with the 2nd Full Bath with a walk-in shower, also on the 2nd floor is a large Loft area with a Sofa, chairs, and a 2nd TV can be use as a second Living Room.

Just a 1/2 mile walk to either Burton Baker Beach or Omaha Road Beach and just another 1/4 mile further is the most loved Indian Neck Beach. maybe you’ll catch them moist is there . Our National Seashore Beaches Marconi + Cahoon Hallow Beach are on the Ocean Side of Wellfleet and just a few minutes drive away, where you can enjoy watching the Surfers Surfing while relaxing on the beach or you can spend the evening dining at the Ocean at “The Beach Comer”
Note: A National seashore beach pass can be used by on any national seashore, Beach, on CAPE COD including at EASTHAM, WELLFLEET, TURO, and PROVINCETOWN. FREE BEACH PASSES FOR SENIORS ARE SOLD AT THE NATIONAL SEASHORE.

It’s just a short 1/2 mile walk to the local Cape Cod FLEX BUS. Bus Stop is located a short walk away, at the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. THE CCRTA FLEX BUS is $3.00.each way & FREE TO ALL. ON Fridays. Kids at all times ride the buses free. Flex Bus runs once an hr. The Flex bus will do a Door to Door Pickups and Drop offs with a prior days notice. see their website.

FLEX bus Travels from ProvinceTown to the Town of Harwich on Cape Cod. It Stops AT THE NATIONAL SEASHORE VISITORS CENTER in EASTHAM AND in TURO. It also STOPS AT the STOP & Shop in ORLEANS , by TJ MAX where you can transfer to the H2O Bus which goes to HYANNIS ,
