The living room has a comfy double sofa bed, a cabinet, a dining table with 4 chairs and an open kitchen. Guests can find a coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob and a freezer to aid them with their meal preparations.

The apartment is located in the main town area of Alassio. All the major attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. The sea promenade is only a few minutes from here. The nearest beach is 250 meters, the restaurant is 20 meters, the shop is 10 meters, the supermarket is 20 meters, the train station is 600 meters and the tennis court is 800 meters.

The apartment is located in the coastal town of Alassio which is known for its well-equipped beaches. The beach fronts are lined with small cafes and restaurants serving the coastal delicacies of the region. Although the entire vacation can be spent watching the sea and basking under the glorious sun, Alassio’s old town area with its narrow streets and pastel-colored buildings is perfect for exploring on foot. There are shops and restaurants here but the restaurants usually remain closed during the afternoon. For those who love greenery, there are trails in the mountains surrounding the city. Between the month of July and September, tourists love dolphin and whale watching. There are also a few medieval villages nearby worth visiting for their historical legacy.
