The residences have been thoughtfully styled with all the design elements required to create this relaxed, comfortable and welcoming beach house. The lush backyard has a huge terrace space with stadium-style seating, outdoor dining, well-equipped outdoor barbecue/kitchen, and plenty of tranquil spots to relax on the grass or amongst mature trees.

All Linen including sheet sets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Beds are made ready for your arrival.
The main house:
•Ducted air conditioning throughout and fly screens on all opening windows.
•Open plan living/dining/kitchen that opens out onto the expansive deck
•TV with Netflix and Stan
•Wireless internet through NBN network
•Full-sized well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice maker and Zip tap (sparkling/filtered/boiling water on demand).
•Master bedroom with Queen bed, mattress pads and top quality bedding, box window seat and a built-in wardrobe
•Second bedroom has king single bunks and a trundle. The built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage and has a tub of childrens toys and books.
•Family sized bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub, large walk in shower, heated floor and towel rail. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer provided.
•Laundry includes brand new Bosch washer/dryer and large tub. Washing detergent and stain remover are provided for your use.
•A few beach essentials provided such as Noodles (the most versatile beach floatie invented), beach toys and water toys.
•An adult sized bicycle for those quick trips to the General Store or to explore the village.
•Open Fireplace with plenty of firewood, firestarters and kindling.
The pavilion includes:
•2 bedrooms with Queen beds, remote controlled blinds and built in robes.
•TVs in both bedrooms with Netflix and Stan
•Both bedrooms have brand new whisper quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans
•Bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail
•Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities
•Breakfast bar with seating for 4 people.
The entire house and pavilion residence is accessible except a few locked cupboards that have our personal items in them. There is also a shed down the back of the property that is locked.
Our housekeeper is local and accessible. We are only a short drive away in Sydney and available at all times on phone, text and email.
Pearl Beach is a picturesque village that offers easy access to sparkling beaches and fun oceanside activities. Relax in one of the local cafes, grab a bite at the exceptional restaurants, and enjoy walking through the arboretum or pristine bushland.
Getting to Pearl Beach:
By road from Sydney (approx. 95 Kilometres - travel time approx. 60 to 90 minutes);
By Rail from Sydney, take Inter-City rail services from Central or Strathfield Stations to Woy Woy station. From Woy Woy station bus services operate to Pearl Beach via Umina and Ettalong. Take Route 54, Woy Woy Station (Stand E). Check the timetable by Googling bus to Pearl Beach and going to the busways site
Taxis are also available from Woy Woy Station and will cost about $30-50.
Getting around Pearl Beach:
Everything in Pearl Beach is walkable. The village is mostly flat and the walk from the house to the beach and to the corner store, cafe and restaurant is completely flat. There is infrequent public transport in and out of the beach to Umina and Patonga . If you are feeling energetic you can also walk. A cab back from Umina is about $20 and from Patonga you can get a free shuttle from The Boathouse Hotel.
