The secondary road Via del Castiglione also offers access to many local attractions, including Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia (under 14 minutes’ drive away), the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking at Monte Forato and Monte Matanna, the Art Deco resort of Viareggio and the designer shops of fashionable Forte dei Marmi (just 10-12 minutes’ drive away).
