On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony offering sea views. The second floor has two bedrooms and private balconies. The property floor offers a well-equipped gym, a washing machine and private parking. Air conditioning and central heating ensure year-round comfort for all guests. Also, the peaceful secondary road location, with free WiFi, makes this villa suitable for both work and leisure.

A mountain peak, Psili Korifi, is about 40 minutes away for those who enjoy panoramic sea views. Meanwhile, you can drive for about 22 minutes to the Archaeological Museum of Thyrreio to dig into the region’s ancient history. For memorable day trips, you can drive for about 30 minutes to the Lefkada to experience its white cliffs and crystal clear waters. For your convenience, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are within a 15-minute drive. The nearest international airport, Aktion International Airport, is a 15-minute drive from the villa. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 31st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally.
