The six-bedroom three-storied modern villa promises an exclusive holiday experience for a large family or a group of friends. It is packed with amenities and fun things to do. There is a private pool for guests to swim whenever the mood strikes. Alternatively, they can also swim in the crystal clear sea water in the morning or in the evening. There is also an outdoor shower in the yard, an outdoor grill area on the ground floor for barbequing and socializing, another grill area on the middle floor for grilling meat, fish and veggies for lunch and dinner. The terrace has lounging and dining facilities for guests from where they can admire the landscape.

Inside, the villa has premium and ultra modern interiors. The sea-view living room with terrace access is furnished with a large, comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, a round table and a kitchen. There is a separate kitchen-diner too which opens into the terrace area. The house has appliances like a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer to help guests cook effortlessly.

The wonderful villa by the sea is a perfect holiday getaway. The beach is only a few steps from the house. It is located in a quiet location and ensures complete privacy and an exclusive holiday experience for guests. The house provides an ideal base to explore the surrounding regions with attractions such as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibenik and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral. The city of Split is also within easy reach. The nearest shop and supermarket are a few kilometers’ drive from the villa.
