Modern holiday home designed by interior architect Tero Pennanen situated on the shore of Lake Päijänne. Spacious areas and a light wooden interior create a beautiful, warmly inviting atmosphere. 70 km to the south from Jyväskylä, Lake Päijänne 30 m, shallow rocky bottom that deepens quickly, own rowing boat.

This wooden holiday home (2023) comprises a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm). A pull-out extra bed is available beneath the bunk bed, providing sleeping space at a lower height than a regular bed. The living room includes a sofa bed with a spare bed measuring 140 x 180 cm, and alternatively, a divan sofa with a spare bed measuring 70 x 190 cm. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The panoramic sauna features an electric sauna stove and a large window with a view towards Lake Päijänne. The spacious terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a gas grill. The terrace features atmospheric lights, creating beautiful illumination in the dusk.

The name of the object used to be Prinsessapuisto. The front yard has an even gravel surface, while the backyard is mostly a wooden terrace. The terrace slopes down from the forest to the shoreline.
