This 7-bedroom luxurious villa situated amidst seven thousand square meters of the garden area that overlooks the Mediterranean has a fascinating history of ownership. Once owned by the famous Hollywood actress Madeleine Caroll and then by Glenn Tipton, a Grammy-award winner artist, the house reflects their rich and elegant taste mixed with typical Andalusian characteristics.
 
The stately country house is designed to impress the guests with its lavish décor, bright and beautiful rooms, airy spaces and vintage artifacts. The entrance hall has a warm ambiance with an intimate alcove and a timeless typewriter. It has sofa sets, an ambient fireplace, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and windows all around that keep the atmosphere light and breezy. There is an equally inviting second bedroom with a sitting area and overlooking the garden outside. There are numerous sitting and lounging spaces with games and books library in the villa, both inside and outside.
 
The imposing dining hall has an antique stone fireplace and a custom made heavy wooden dining table set for 12 guests. The grand kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with appliances such as a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a cooker hob and an American fridge. There is a large terrace with an al-fresco setup, a barbeque and a daybed overlooking the garden oasis. In the center of the villa is a Moorish-style inner patio with a fountain designed built on the lines of Alhambra in Granada. It is a tranquil space that allows access to all the common spaces and the upper level where all the bedrooms are housed.
 
There is also a secret garden with mountain ranges in the backdrop that makes it perfect for enjoying picnics. The stone staircase reminds one of Hollywood sets as it descends into the pool with two leaping dolphins and overlooking the mountain ranges.

Master Suite: The dramatic blue and gold-hued suite with plenty of natural light has a king-size bed, an en-suite facility, a walk-in dressing room and two separate private terraces offering views of the sea and the valley.  
Guest Suites 2,3 and 4: The bedrooms have double beds, a private terrace, gorgeous artworks and terraces with views of the lush valley.

Guest Suite 5: The newly restored suite cum family room has a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a TV and an en-suite facility.
Bedrooms 6: The elegant bedroom has twin beds and offers access to the terrace.
Bedroom 7: The child-friendly bedroom has a single bed.

Master Suite- The en suite marble bathroom has a separate shower area, double vanity and an inviting Jacuzzi tub. 
Guest Suites 2,3 and 4: The en suite bathroom features a double vanity, bath and shower area.

Shared bathroom for Bedroom 6 and 7: The bathroom has double vanity, a bath and a shower area.

The exclusive luxurious villa is perfect for enjoying a private vacation in Marbella surrounded by gorgeous scenery. It has a golf course within 3 kilometers. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes drive from the villa. Marbella coast is more than 20 kilometers of sandy beaches that are safe and hygienic. The famed Puerto Banús is only 20 minutes away.
 
Amenities like restaurants (6km), shops (6 km) and supermarkets (4 km) are at a convenient distance. The old town of Marbella is a foodie’s paradise with a number of restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. There is also a lake about 20 kilometers from the holiday retreat. The nearest airport is Gibraltar airport which is about an hour’s drive.  A damage deposit of 3000EUR has to be paid locally.
