The gated villa is located along the side road of Via Calagrande, in Massarosa, 10 minutes walk from a nice and typical Italian restaurant and 9 minutes drive from the coast. In addition, guests will be 14-21 minutes drive from the famous resorts of nearby Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of April 2024 to the 2nd of November 2024
