To the west of the famous Puerto Banùs, lies a magnificent villa with an exquisite interior and an idyllic outdoor.

The 6-bedroom villa is only a short walk from the beach and offers its guests a truly immersive experience. Perfect for up to 12 guests, the villa, which is divided into two levels, is built in a way that allows maximum interaction with the outdoor space, especially in the porch and the living area. It has a pool that can be heated (on request and chargeable), a large garden and a lawn area for young children, and a BBQ and bar area for casual evenings and get-togethers. For additional safety, especially in the case of young children, the pool region is gated.

The living area and the dining area directly faces the lawn and has a nice, uplifting ambiance. The dining space is more than enough for inviting friends and family over. The shiny, modern kitchen has top of the line interiors and is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a range cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle and an American fridge.

All the bedrooms are spacious and have hot and cold air-conditioning. They also have a dedicated heating system for the winter season and ceiling fans for the summer season.

Location

The luxurious modern villa is quite well-served. It is located quite close to a number of top-class golf courses. For beach-lovers, it is a perfect choice of accommodation. The nearest beach is only 400 meters from here.

Casasola is a long stretch of sand offering a magnificent area for swimming, thanks to the size of the beach, clear water, ideal temperature of the sea, and the surrounding landscape. It is also quite suited for a range of sporting activities and water sports. This beach-side community is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach are safe to walk. As for dining and shopping opportunities, everything is within a kilometer of the villa. There is also a tennis court a short drive away.

Costa del Sol is full of tourist hotspots like Marbella and Fuengirola as well as well-known marinas. The area is not only popular for its world-class beaches and clear water but also Moorish-inspired cuisine and architecture and shopping lineup that includes well-known international brands, boutiques selling specialist goods and local produce.

The nearest airport is 60 kilometers away. A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally.
