Villa Leca Pool and Sauna - Grižane-Belgrad

Enjoy a peaceful holiday with friends and family, near Novi Vinodolski, Selce and Crikvenica in this modern and tastefully newly renovated four bedroom villa.

The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate 8-10 guests. You have access to a private pool with a covered terrace, open-air seating and a barbecue. The open living room is quite large and equipped with a large sofa set. Adjacent is the dining room for 10 people with with exit to the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The beautiful bedroom with balcony access and attached bathroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The elegant room with an en-suite facility has a double bed, a wardrobe and balcony access.
Bedroom 3: The nice room has an attached bathroom, a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: The lovely room opens into the balcony and has large windows that flood it with natural light. There is an en–suite facility,two double beds with a warderobe.

Bathrooms

There is a modern bathroom attached to each bedroom of the villa. All these four bathrooms have a shower and a WC.

Location

The Beba House is located in the village of Grižane (Bribir) in a quiet and peaceful locality. It is only 7 kilometers from the tourist hotspots of Selce and Crikvenica. In about 15 minutes by car, guests will reach a series of beaches on the Croatian coast. It is a perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation. Lake Tribalj which is approximately 8 kilometers from the villa is undoubtedly the most beautiful lake in Croatia. It is especially known for fishing (mostly carp, but also amur, catfish, eel, whitefish and others)

The charming town of Crikvenica is a short drive and guests can explore its beaches, church, town museum and Crikvenica Aquarium. In Selce, make sure to experience the blue flag beaches, cultural spots, excellent wines and rugged coves. The nearest airport is about 30 kilometers only. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2023 to the 1st of October 2023 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
