The 4-bedroom holiday retreat easily hosts up to 10 guests and offers a massive 2000-square-metre outdoor space to unwind and forget about the busy city life in total privacy.

From the lush outdoor space of the villa, guests can take the juniper-lined, 25-metre pathway to the beach and splash about in the beautiful waters of the sea. If they want to soak up the turquoise waters right from the premises, then the villa also offers stunning sea-view seating with sun loungers for guests to kick back and enjoy a glass of their favourite drink. A large and stylish open-air dining with BBQ further rounds up a wholesome vacation at this modern holiday villa.

Inside, the getaway welcomes guests in a very elegant living room featuring ambient decor, unique showpieces, a plush seating area with a flat-screen TV and a very large wooden dining table to create the ideal space for everyone to get together and socialise. The big kitchen of the villa is equally elegant and features sophisticated kitchen utilities to delight even the choosiest home cooks. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and oven at guests’ disposal here.

For the added comfort of the guests, all bedrooms are ensuite.

Gas for heating between April 15 to November 1 is to be paid on the spot and based on consumption.
A tourist tax of € 1/person/day for up to 7 days is to be paid at the property. Guests up to 14 years are exempt.


Please note: Check-in time is between 4 pm-8 pm and checkout-out time is between 8 am-10 am. Special check-in/out requests can be considered.

Location

In the villa’s surroundings, guests will find a number of locations to enjoy the waters of the Orbetello Lagoon as the villa is located right on the Giannella beach and is about a 10-minutes walk from the seaside hiking area.

The dramatic view from the Promontory of Argentario is a short 13-minutes drive away, meanwhile, the town centre of Orbetello, with a vibrant piazza and several handy shops as well as a number of discos is 15-minutes away. The Roman City of Cosa, in Ansedonia, is a 20-minutes drive away. And for those with kids, the nature/butterfly park with the Spanish Forte delle Saline is just a 6-minutes drive away.

For added relaxation, guests can visit the hot springs of Saturnia, located a 50-minutes drive from here. However, if they want to visit the major tourist hotspots of Tuscany, then Siena, Pisa and Florence are within 1.5 hours- 2.30 minutes drive from this holiday villa in Orbetello. The holiday villa also enjoys a unique position in Strada di Giannella, from where the beautiful resorts of the Maremma Coast and the historical jewels of the Etruscan times are within convenient driving distance. The nearest international airport is Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, approximately a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive away. A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally.
