An airy, first-floor apartment which sleeps 4 people. Apartment Mimosa is one of 4 attractive flats in the Villa Fiorita. The villa is in a quiet area, only 2 minutes from Brema Beach on Lake Garda, but close to all the amenities you might want.

The sunny living area is full of light thanks to large windows and glass doors, with direct access to the balcony. There is a comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

The spacious balcony has a table and chairs for casual outdoor dining.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, with everything that Lake Garda has to offer on the doorstep. Just 400m from the lake shore; close to local shops and cafés; for dog owners, there is even a dog park 3 minutes away. It is an ideal choice for friends or family who want to explore the lakes and surrounding countryside.

The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes away by car). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away.

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.
