4 Kingbed suites - all with direct access to private bathroom and outdoor area.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king-size bed and direct access to your own bathroom, as well as a large TV with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, AppleTV+, Disney+. All rooms have access to the outside via a patio door and thus directly reach the pool area and the boat dock without having to cross common rooms. Electric blinds protect your privacy and increase comfort. The villa has a separate air-condition for master bedroom and bathroom as well as study and can be controlled separately from all other bedrooms and the great room.

4 bathrooms
The bathrooms have all windows with daylight and barrier-free real glass showers (no shower curtains or acrylic cabins) with wall-mounted and separately adjustable rainforest showers. The washbasins are made of granite of the highest quality and have modern top-mounted washbasins with single-lever mixers. The toilets have comfort height. The master bathroom also has a large tub and a huge, open shower. Hairdryer is available in every bathroom, as well as towels, shower/bath towels, beach towels, washcloths.

Great Room
The great room has an entertainment center with 65 4K TV with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, AppleTV+, Disney+, Playstation 4 and Sonos Dolby Atmos Sound System.

Study
In the study you will find an Apple Mac with Internet access and laser printer/scanner. You have WiFi access with 1Gbit Fiber Internet available throughout the house and outside. A cordless telephone with a flat rate within the USA & Canada (landline and mobile) ist also available. The study has its own direct access to the master bathroom.

Kitchen
The open kitchen made of solid real wood is equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances, such as oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with soda dispenser and ice crusher, sink with garbage disposal. Filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine and gastro milk frother ensure the perfect start to the day. Complete, extensive kitchen equipment is a matter of course. Also luxury equipment like wine chiller, cocktail mixer, champagne cooler and house bar up to the pancake pan, lime press, blender, stirrer and much more are not missing. At the bar made of finest granite there are bar stools with space for 6 people. Furthermore there is a breakfast corner with large sliding doors and a nice view of the pool area. There are seats for 5-6 persons.

Dining area
In the dining area is enough room for 8 persons. An optional highchair for children is available, as well as childrens crockery and cutlery. All the tables and bedside tables are made of precious granite.

Pool&Spa, Lanai & Poolarea
The villa has a 2000sqft west facing pool area, covered by a modern panoramic screen (no cage effect), an oversized, 40ft long and 14ft wide, electrically heated pool & spa with infitiy edge (over 21ft overflow) and 360degree waterfall with LED. A dining set for 8 people as well as relax lounge, TV, Sonos Audio, chaise lounges and BBQ grill is a matter of course. The pool is disinfected by electrolysis, so there is NO chlorine irritation, which is easy on the skin.

Boat dock with kayaks
The over 860sqft large boat dock with large, illuminated Tiki hut with sun chairs has a Captainswalk and boat lift. Optionally a boat in your desired size can be delivered from our German boat rental directly to the dock. The travel time to the last exit from the canal system at the Cape Harbour Yacht Community is approx. 30 minutes. Then you are already at the last exit to the Gulf of Mexico. The most beautiful sandy beaches on Sanibel Island can be reached by boat in just over an hour. With the free usable kayaks you reach the Lake Finisterre in only 5 minutes.

Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a high-quality frontloader washing machine as well as a frontloader dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. Here you will also find lots of board games.

Safety & Security
This villa is equipped with Hurrican Impact glass, pool baby alarm and Co/smoke detector are mandatory. A complex alarm system with police activation as well as electronic door locks protect against burglaries and your valuables. The Pest Control system built into the walls protects against vermin without polluting the air or your health. At Villa Coral Laguna you can feel safe all around.

Other information
The villa is ideal for allergy sufferers, as we ourselves have dust and animal hair allergy sufferers in our family. Only room air filters of the highest quality are used, which are changed regularly. For this reason, we have deliberately avoided unhygienic carpeting. All rooms are tiled in a visually appealing natural colour. Smoking in the villa is prohibited, as is keeping pets or any other animals!

When building Villa Coral Laguna, we deliberately chose not a standard floor plan of the usual single-family houses, but an individual floor plan adapted and optimized for the rental, which offers each guest the highest possible comfort and the best possible privacy and yet retains the typical American flair of a Florida villa. Only thanks to the oversized property, which has 1.5 times the size of the standard properties, this floor plan could be realized and still offers about huge distance on both sides to the neighboring villas.
