This spacious apartment makes an ideal holiday base for a family or group of friends. On the third floor (with lift) of a family-friendly residence, set in a spectacular mountain landscape, there are endless activities for all ages at any time of year.
The apartment sleeps 8 people and has everything guests might need during their stay. The large, light-filled, living area has 2 sets of French windows opening onto a balcony, with uninterrupted views over the hillside, and a table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco aperitif. Inside, there are two sofas and stylish armchairs with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a table for 8 people and is next to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a double bed and ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3: This cosy room has two single beds and a good-sized wardrobe.
Extra: The sofas in the sitting room convert into comfortable single beds.

The village of Vallorcine is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery and the nearby slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous there are paragliding centres close by. Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.
