This house has been designed to capture beautiful views, and also to be convenient for all your holiday needs. The house is spacious and comfortable with extra insulation in windows, walls and floor make this house very cosy and easy to keep warm in winter. Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guest can check in via a key lockbox. Location of the lockbox and code will be sent approximately 1 week before check in.

House Rules

Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. This is a Council requirement and failing to comply could result in you being evicted. Please note the Limited Amenities section. We will not replenish consumables during your stay. We recommend Travel Insurance for cancellation due to illness with Covid, however we will refund Host fees if the Government restricts travel. A maximum of 2 dogs can be welcome, please discuss your dog's accommodation with us before booking. Please if you have severe allergies to dogs, do not book this home. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered if the request. is made in advance. The request will only be accommodated if there is availability. we will do our best, (but no guarantees). No parties are allowed at this property. We do not supply baby equipment. If you wish to hire baby equipment please search Wanaka Baby, a local hire company. Payment Policy

Payment via internet bank transfer or PayPal (4.5% credit card fee will apply).

Cancellation Policy

At the time of your reservation we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel 30 days before your check in date you will be refunded 100% after 30 days your deposit will only be refunded if we can re-book those dates.
The total fee is paid at 30 days before check in. During those remaining 30 days if a cancellation occurs you will only be fully or partially refunded depending upon how many of your cancelled dates we can re-book. (We use 30 days as a cut-off because it gives us a reasonable chance to re-book dates and provide refunds)

We recommend Travel Insurance to protect your investment.

Notes

The property is professionally cleaned after each client and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the nightly rate and cleaning fees do not cover the actual cost (no margin charged on top by us) .
