3rd Party Bookings: All guests within the reservation must be staying at the property, no 3rd party booking is permitted. Please ensure names of all guests are listed during initial reservation. Photo ID is to be provided
Smoking: No smoking is permitted on the premises. This means inside the house, and front or back yard.
Unauthorised guests: Unauthorised guests are any person/s that are not listed within the reservation and are not permitted. This includes parties and gatherings
Noise: All guests are expected to enjoy themselves during their stay, but also to keep noise to a minimum for surrounding neighbours.
Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.
Eating areas: Eating and drinking shall be limited to the inside dining table, or outdoor dining table. Food or drink is not permitted within the bedrooms.
Dishes: All dishes/cutlery/utensils are to be washed and stored after use. This includes prior to checkout to avoid additional cleaning charges
Rubbish and recycling: All rubbish/recycling is to be placed within the provided bins. Any food leftovers or takeaway containers are to be placed immediately in bins outside to ensure house is clean and fresh after your stay.
Security: When leaving the premises all windows and doors are to be closed/locked to maintain security. Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions. Keys/remotes are the responsibility of the primary guest and will incur costs to replace for any loss or damage.
Maintenance: Please inform the host in the event that there is any damages, or something isn’t functioning properly during your stay
Check in/out: Check in is after 2.30pm, and checkout is strictly before 10am
Failure to Comply: Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the accommodation contract. Guests that fail to comply with the house rules may be subject to eviction of the property without refund, as well as additional penalties for cleaning, damages etc.
