A home from home, located in a leafy cul-de-sac with access straight into town, this dog-friendly property is ideally located to explore Pembrokeshire’s stunning beaches, or to take a walk along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
Located in Haverfordwest, which is a fantastic and bustling market town, with its array of shops, restaurants, pubs and restaurants.
The ground floor of the property has a stylish and homely living room with a flat screen TV which benefits from a Sky package. Just off the living room is the separate dining area with seating for all guests to enjoy group dinners. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal, including a coffee machine. Completing the ground floor, is the conservatory, perfect for those chilled evenings in after a day exploring Pembrokeshire.
Upstairs there is two bedrooms, the master king size bedroom has a wall mounted TV and benefits from an ensuite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a double bedroom. Both have plenty of storage for clothing. The family bathroom has a bath and WC. There is a handy WC on the ground floor.
Out to the rear of the property, via the conservatory, there is a lovely garden area with lawn and mature shrubs. There is a decked patio area with dining table, for summer nights spent outside. There is private parking for 2 vehicles to the front of the house.
